Hyrum, Anne, Sophie, Norah, and G'ma Faye came over and we celebrated my Dad's "retirement" birthday with yummy ham and mashed potatoes and a delightful gluten free cake for dessert. He was surprised about the cake, a month or so ago he was diagnosed with Celiac's disease and can't have anything with gluten. I didn't think anyone should have to go without a birthday cake so I searched and found a gluten free baker in Sandy! Happy Birthday Dad!

It was a great party and the cake really, really did taste good! Thanks Laura for finding it for Dad. It really made his b-day dinner special!
