I was not aware of this, but apparently there is a mink farm in South Jordan. I had dinner tonight at Market Street and was eating on the patio when a little black mink decided to check out the restaurant and the diners. I've never seen one before and at first we thought it was a ferret, but another diner knew it was a mink and talked about how in 08 some animal rights activists released 300 mink from the farm. Some of us thought it was a wild one, some thought it just got loose from the farm. Anyway, it was cute to watch running under the tables and watching the staff try to catch it.
